• 8+ years of hands-on analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Strong foundation in device physics, analog circuit theory, and CMOS/BiCMOS processes.
• Proven record of multiple successful silicon tape-outs and product releases.
• Expertise in precision analog, high-speed analog, or power management ICs.
• Deep understanding of noise, stability, mismatch, linearity, and reliability analysis.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or equivalent EDA tools.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.
